Discontinuation of service for Parature coming May 15, 2018

Thank you for being a valued customer of Microsoft..

This notification is a reminder that the Parature service will be discontinued effective May 15, 2018. Your organization will need to take advance action prior to May 15, 2018, to migrate to Microsoft Dynamics for Customer Service (or an alternative solution) to continue automating your customer service needs.

Using the Parature migration toolkit - There is a toolkit available to assist with migration from Parature to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service. Your organization can request access to the migration toolkit and technical support on the Parature migration tool support website.


The toolkit includes:

  • A software tool to help migrate accounts, contacts, cases (tickets), knowledge base articles and files
  • Portal templates to quickly deploy a modern support portal
  • A customer service configuration template to help give customers migrating to Dynamics 365 a similar starting point as they had in Parature, including out of the box workflows, fields and other configurations
  • Videos, documentation and tutorials

Retrieving your data from Parature

From the date of discontinuation (May 15, 2018), your organization has 90 days (until August 13, 2018) to retrieve your data from the Parature service. Please refer to the Customer FAQ to identify the actions your organization needs to take to retrieve your data.
